The Exhibit hall is located inside the Hyatt Regency O’Hare (Address: 9300 W Bryn Mawr Ave. Rosemont, IL 60018)

The hall is in the “GRAND BALLROOM” inside the hotel. You will load in via either the side door closest to the ballroom, or through the front entrance at the hotel.

Upon arrival, you will be required to have your ID ready to check in and obtain your badges and exhibit space.

Tattoo Artists: Please go to the Registration desk and speak with our Tattoo Concierge to check in.

Exhibitors: Please visit Carl Bergstrom located near the Exhibit Hall to check in.

LOAD IN DATE: Thursday 10/29

LOAD IN TIME: 6PM - 11PM

Last-Minute Load-In: Friday 11/1 between 8AM-11AM if you are unable to make it Thursday. However, we highly encourage you to load in on Thursday. Load in will close promptly at 11AM. No exceptions.

Load out will begin at 5PM when the show closes on Sunday 11/1. Please try to load out by 8PM.

You may not load out before 5PM Sunday. If you have an emergency, need to leave early, or have any other reason why you need to load out before 5PM on Sunday please contact Carl@animemagicinkd.org. If you are on-site when this occurs, please get in touch with AM! INK’D Staff.

• Bring a dolly or cart as part of your setup to load in and out. You may NOT drive into the hall.

• You are allowed to bring your own additional chairs or table(s), as long as they fit into your allotted purchased space. They may not protrude or extend past your purchased space.

• Arrive during the scheduled time. If you arrive before or after the scheduled time, you may not be allowed entry.

• Arrive EARLY during the scheduled time frame! If you arrive late and it is busy, you may not end up with much time left to set up your exhibit space.
